You can delete your Forgor account and its data at any time, in the app or by asking us.
On iPhone or Android, open Forgor and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. It happens straight away.
Email hello@forgor.app from the address you signed up with (or tell us the phone number), with “Delete my Forgor account”. We confirm it's you, delete the account within 7 days, and reply when it's done.
You can remove single items without deleting your account. To delete a date, swipe it away in the list, or open it and tap Delete; birthdays brought in from your contacts are deleted the same way. To stop email forwarding, remove the address in Settings → Email. Each deletion takes effect straight away. To ask us to delete something else, email hello@forgor.app.
Your account (name, email, phone), the dates you added — including any birthdays you brought in from your contacts — your membership of the household, the invites you sent, your forwarding addresses and your devices' push tokens. If you were the only person on the list, the whole list goes with it: every date, category and kind, and any dates found in forwarded email.
On a list you share, the dates other people added stay with them. Copies can remain in our database provider's routine backups until those backups expire; they are never restored into the app.
